You stay in charge
Helpful, not loose with your business.
It acts as you, with your permissions
Only owners and admins can connect. The AI can do what you can do in the dashboard, and nothing more.
Big changes wait for your OK in PhotoFounder
Payments, prices, coupons, client emails, cancellations, deletions and print orders send you a link to approve in PhotoFounder. The AI can't approve them for you.
Every action is recorded
Each change is logged against the person and the app that made it, and our team monitors for anything unusual.
Disconnect in one click
Every connected app is listed in Settings → Integrations → AI agents. Revoke one and it stops working straight away.
Connect
Use another AI app?
Each app takes about two minutes to connect. Any other app that supports MCP connectors works too.
Cursor questions
No. Connecting AI apps is included on both plans. You use your own Claude, ChatGPT or Grok account. AI edits an agent starts for you, like listing videos, use your cloud balance the same as in the dashboard.
The studio owner and admins. Photographers, editors and clients can’t connect an AI app to your business.
It can only use PhotoFounder’s own tools, as you. Anything involving money, client messages, cancelling, deleting or printing waits until you approve it on a PhotoFounder page, so even text planted in a client note can’t make the AI do it on its own. Your AI app also asks before using a tool, unless you tell it not to.
Only what the AI fetches to answer you, such as a day’s bookings or a client’s details, and it goes to your own AI account under that company’s terms. Your photos and the rest of your data stay in your own PhotoFounder database.
Open Settings → Integrations → AI agents and revoke the connection. It stops working immediately. Sign-ins you stop using also expire after 30 days.
Yes. The assistant in your dashboard answers questions about your business and can make changes for you, without connecting anything.
